Established in 1957, Elkridge Youth Organization (EYO) provides our youth a nurturing environment to enrich their lives by playing organized sports.
Mission
Good sportsmanship is viewed by the Elkridge Youth Organization as a commitment to fair play, ethical behavior, and integrity. In perception and practice, sportsmanship is defined as those qualities, which are characterized by generosity and genuine concern for others. The ideals of sportsmanship apply equally to all sports. Individuals, regardless of their role in activities, are expected to be aware of their influence on the behavior of others and model good sportsmanship.
EYO believes that the pursuit of excellence in the areas of academics and sports helps develop maturity and self-confidence. We believe that the experiences a player has with EYO Sports will be beneficial throughout his/her lifetime.
Volunteers
EYO is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. There are no paid positions in the organization; everyone is a volunteer. Help us to make EYO better, get involved. There are many positions available.
